Zoom is a safe, Video Conferencing Application

We aim to help our agents utilize technology and learn to adopt new ways of conducting business, especially now with social distancing. We plan to use Zoom for one on one meetings and to help offer education/training.

Here is step by step instructions and a quick video on how to attend/join a meeting.

From the Zoom meeting invitation, click the join Zoom meeting link.

You will then be prompted to either download the application or launch the meeting if you have previously used and downloaded Zoom.

If it asks you to put in a Meeting ID and Password, please find that information in the meeting invitation and enter.

Please note: Operating Zoom from a mobile phone can tend to shrink all the attendees and make it difficult to view. We find it best to run these meetings from your computer/laptop to get the best experience.

It is possible to join a zoom meeting through a browser, but it can be a little finicky. We can assure you that downloading the Zoom application is safe. If you must join from browser, Google Chrome is the best choice and you just need to activate the view from browser link. It should look like the image below. You may have to first select... if nothing prompts from browser, click here... and then the additional line below pops up to join from your browser.
