If you're able to make it Monday, come prepared with the following information (hint -- your office can pull this info in LoneWolf to save you time!)

  • number of deals you did in 2020
  • how many buyers vs sellers did you represent?
  • the sum of the sold prices (volume) categorized by a buyer or seller deal
  • the sum of the GCI paid out, categorized as a buyer or a seller deal
  • where the buyers and sellers came from
When dealing with an inspection, where something has come up that warrants an adjustment to the price - you may want to consider using this clause to protect yourself and your clients from having the contract being opened back up. This clause was addressed at one of our recent office meetings and is a go-to clause for many of our top agents 👇.

The proposed amendment(s) above is not intended to be a counter-offer or a repudiation of the contract. Unilateral execution of this addendum by either party hereto shall not constitute a counter offer and shall not, until executed by all parties, have any effect on the underlying Contract. The proposed amendment will be effective if and when this addendum is executed by both parties.
