Your request has been received, and you should hear from a team member within 4 business hours. Please understand that it is difficult to fulfill requests with less than 24 hours notice. Field Services is designed to help with fieldwork, such as hosting open houses, supervising inspections, and installing/removing lockboxes.

NOTE: Minimum 1 hour charge. Additional hours are billed in 15-minute increments. Travel time will be included in compensation calculations. Fees will be conveniently added to your monthly office bill.

Service hours are 9 am – 6 pm; certain exceptions apply (i.e. for showings). 24 Hour advanced notice requested, though we are happy to accommodate you in as little as a 3-hour advanced window, when available.

Please be sure to establish realistic expectations on time to fulfill your request with the field services agent as RMAA will only act in the capacity of billing agent and cannot mediate disputes.
