This form is a volunteer application agreement for Kids Who Rock (KWR) Events 2023 & the future events you attend. All Kids Who Rock Volunteers agree to all terms of the application and act in a professional manner when volunteering for a KWR Event. A Background Check is Required for each volunteer!!
