A Canmore home has sold for the second highest price ever in that market - $3.825 million, according to listing agent Kyle Pressman of RE/MAX Alpine Realty.
Pressman says the home on Benchlands Terrace was built in 2015.
The realtor says the highest price a resale home has ever sold for in the Canmore market was a couple of years ago at $4.365 million.
