On the hunt for some unique decor items for your home? You never know what you will find at local antique shops! From large pieces of furniture, to classic vinyl records, clever storage solutions, and more - Lehigh Valley is home to a number of shops and markets for you to peruse. Spend an afternoon wandering the vendors, you may just walk away with the perfect item that you've been searching for!

In Allentown, head to Weil Antique Center. Located near the South Mall, this large building is filled with booths for individual vendors each offering unique combinations of items. I can get lost in here for hours looking at all the interesting offerings! One of my favorite booths features ornate clocks hung along the wall. The craftsmanship on classic pieces is unbeatable! During warmer months, you'll also find an outdoor flea market area to stroll along when the sun is shining.

While you're in town, make a stop at Merchants Square Mall. Here, you'll find 100,000 sq. ft. of antiques, collectibles, and specialty shoppes, plus an auction house and special events showroom. Merchants Square Mall is also home to one of the region's largest model train displays. Kids (and kids at heart) will love watching the trains run along the tracks past amusement parks, ski resorts, lakes, and more.

For an all-in-one experience, make your way west towards Renninger's Antiques & Farmers Markets. On weekends, you'll find fresh produce and other tasty goodies from the farmers market. Once you've stocked up on groceries for the week, spend some time browsing the antique market and flea market where you're bound to leave with some new treasures. Be sure to mark your calendar for the Antique & Collectors Extravaganzas which feature hundreds of vendors in outdoor areas, under covered pavilions, and at the indoor market. Held monthly, April - September, this is a must-see for any collector!

On your way back into the valley, be sure to schedule some time to explore the Zionsville Antique Mall. As one of the largest malls in the region, you'll find wares from more than 150 vendors in this building. Family-run and operated, Zionsville Antiques boasts an impressive collection of antiques and vintage items from clothing and housewares to art work, clocks, jewelry, fine furniture, lighting, primitives, toys, dolls, pottery and glassware, sports memorabilia, books, militaria, and much more. This market is open year-round, so you'll always have the chance to find something new!
