This form is a volunteer application agreement for Kids Who Rock (KWR) Events 2024 and future events. 
All Kids Who Rock Leaders agree to all terms of the application and act in a professional manner when representing a Kids Who Rock Event. A Background Check is Required for each Camp leader!
